Updated: May 10, 2019

SAN JOSE, CA - On Thursday, May 9 from 4 to 5 p.m., the Civic Engagement Initiative will host a live conversation on Twitter on Inspiring civic engagement during #WE2020.

The Civic Engagement Initiative will be tweeting live from our Twitter handle: @CivicSantaClara as part of the National Conversation Project, a nationwide initiative which asks people to #ListenFirst.

The event will be a fast-paced question and answer session design to spark ideas and share best practices for teaching women's suffrage as we approach the centennial of the 19th Amendment.

Attendees can RSVP here, or simply show up.
